It's all about ME
This is all about ME.
ME represents my mind and my body. I am what I am with my mind and my body.
Our body is our temple. We function because of our body and we still take this body for granted. We fuel it with junk food because our senses have developed a taste for it. We have five senses- the touch, smell, taste, eyesight, hearing. How much do we take care of our five senses?
Do we take time to polish it and treasure it?
We don’t realize what is the outcome of it. How is our body reacting to such food? Is our body able to digest this food? How do our cells divide when they get such nutrition? This is a competitive world, we are always on a run. We need lots of energy from our body to be alert. Is the type of food we intake good enough?
We should try to keep our senses in control, which could result in the intake of good quality of food. This nourished food will provide us with all the necessary nutrition needed for our betterment. This will in turn help ME.
What we ingest is how we perform on this planet. Just as we take care in what we eat.
We should also take care of what we listen. Take care of what we think. Our thoughts can make an impact on our body. If we hear anything negative, let’s try to calm ourselves by thinking positive out of it. The negative thoughts can harm the way our cells divide in our body. Be careful in what we listen and be careful in what we think. The Mind can do wonders on our body. It can either upgrade our health or degrade ME.
In this materialistic world since we always think about ME first. We earn for ME so that we can buy fancy stuff for ME. How about next time, we think of ME as our mind and body and look for it's nourishment as well. If our body and mind is nourished well we can be ME for a long long time.
