Listen to your Heart BEAT!
We all are so entwined within our selves and our life, that how many of us have let ourselves GO?
Let yourself loose and fall off a cliff (with a rope attached to your ankles!) It is a remarkable feeling.
Initially it is very scary, there will be an adrenaline rush to your system, but then when you take the plunge, you will feel free of all the relations and strains that keep holding you from enjoying life. You will be able to listen to the voices of nature and your heart BEAT.
Let your heart go sometimes and feel the open air and wide beautiful landscape around you. Hear the birds chirp and see how the trees grow. If you let yourself go, you will be able to feel that nature is talking to you and you will feel free, relaxed and rejuvenated. Take a plunge in the ocean/river/lake or even a pool and feel how the water touches you and how you shiver the first time, but then love the company of the water and Enjoy!
In this monotonous life; we have to let our heart BEAT from the regular schedule and make such trips to wonderland where it is just you and the nature. We got to enjoy this nature. It can be hugged as it is waiting for humans with open arms. It has open arms so, that we can give our negativity to it and then carry on with our drama of usual life.
This is a very contagious hobby and does not come with any hefty money package to be spent upon. Hiking with nature and singing along with the birds along with your snack bag and putting away your cell phone or any other distraction can turn out to be very fruitful for the coming days of the week.
These frequent episodes if done on a weekly basis will tend to make you live longer and you will enjoy the simple pleasures of life even if you get burnt down during the weekdays.Stress will never get accumulated on you; and you will love doing this more when you take the time to listen to your heart BEAT.
Venture out and feel it. Let the dust fly off your joints and organs and give them a pump of oxygen, which will make you lighten up for the coming days of hard work. Infact, you might be just surprised by your rate of productivity and might even excel in what ever project you are working on...Give it a try!!
